At Life in Motion Chiropractic and Wellness we simply take the time to listen to you! This allows us to develop a clear understanding of your entire health history so that we can treat the cause of your particular problem not just its symptoms. We focus on your experience with musculoskeletal pain and will derive a treatment plan that meets your individual needs. This means that just because we’re chiropractors doesn’t mean we “crack your back” and send you on your way. We utilize several different techniques for treating musculoskeletal pain so if spinal manipulation isn’t necessary for your complaint we don’t implement it. We also give each patient “homework”, typically prescribed at your first follow-up appointment. This involves stretches and strengthening exercises specific to your complaint so that we can begin empowering you with the maintenance of your body which, after just a few visits, will allow you to spend more time doing the things you enjoy not spending countless hours and exorbitant amounts of money in our office.
By providing you with evidence based treatments and staying abreast of the latest research we possess the knowledge, skill, and ability to help you manage your musculoskeletal pain. We will take the time to share with you the possible underlying causes of your pain so that you have a comprehensive understanding of your diagnosis. This also means that if we deem chiropractic management not to be the ideal form of care for your complaint we will refer you to a practitioner best suited for your care.
At Life in Motion Chiropractic and Wellness, we would like the opportunity to provide you with an excellent form of hands-on care. Come and experience a revolutionary difference in chiropractic management of your musculoskeletal pain.
Dr. Cheyenne Fralick a native of Western New York attended the University at Buffalo (UB) where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. During her senior year at UB she developed sciatica in her right lower extremity. Her brother suggested she seek chiropractic care for this complaint and after only five treatments her symptoms were relieved. The chiropractic concept of allowing the body to heal itself naturally intrigued Cheyenne. This experience combined with her desire to pursue a graduate degree in healthcare prompted Cheyenne to enroll in the Doctor of Chiropractic program at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in Seneca Falls.
During the internship phase of her training Dr. Fralick had the opportunity to serve in several outpatient facilities associated with the NYCC Depew Health Center in Buffalo, New York which include t he Lighthouse Free Chiropractic Clinic, the Salvations Army’s Golden Age Center, the chiropractic clinic in Michael Hall at UB, as well as Buffalo Spine & Sports Institute. This experience allowed Dr. Fralick to work with people from all walks of life and prepared her for her ultimate goal of opening a family practice. However, her training didn’t end there.
Having played Division 1 softball and Club Volleyball at UB, Dr. Fralick developed a desire to address sports injury and expanded upon her knowledge in exercise science by completing the Sports Module elective at NYCC as well as becoming a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. This expanded her internship training opportunities allowing her to treat athletes of all ages at events such as marathons, rowing competitions, and track meets.
Dr. Fralick’s devotion to excellence led to her being named to the Phi Chi Omega honor society while at NYCC, has continued to expand upon her knowledge, skill, and ability by completing her Masters Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition, and is now certified to provide pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care.
Dr. Fralick recently fulfilled an employment opportunity in Cary, North Carolina as a chiropractic associate and office manager at Triangle Wellness Chiropractic and Holistic Care before returning to New York State to open Life in Motion Chiropractic and Wellness with Dr. Sean Konrad.
Born in Rochester, New York Dr. Sean P. Konrad left home at the age of seventeen for service in the United States Navy. For eight years he served with various Seabee units as an equipment operator until deciding to leave the Navy in 1996. He continued to work as an equipment operator within the civilian sector and subsequently injured himself on a job in 2003. At the urging of his cousin, a massage therapy student, he sought the care of a chiropractor who, after three months of treatment, was able to alleviate his pain making the need for medication non-existent!
This was a life changing experience for Dr. Konrad and with his GI Bill still available decided that he wanted to be able to provide others with this same type of opportunity. In 2004 he went back to school and after completing his undergraduate requirements enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York.
During the internship phase of his training, Dr. Konrad had the opportunity to serve in the chiropractic clinics at several health care facilities in the area which include Monroe Community Hospital, the campus health center at St. John Fisher College, St. Joseph’s Neighborhood Center, the Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Bath and Canandaigua as well as the Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Rochester. This diverse learning environment has given Dr. Konrad the ability to devise comprehensive treatment plans for a wide range of patient presentations.
His devotion to excellence led to being consecutively named to the Dean’s List at New York Chiropractic College. He also expanded upon his knowledge, skill, and ability by earning an Advanced Certificate in Whole Foods Nutrition and becoming certified in Active Isolated Stretching and as a Kinesio Taping Practitioner. Upon graduating from NYCC in November 2009, Dr. Konrad began his practice as an independant contractor renting space from an established chiropractor. He has recently left that office in order to open Life in Motion Chiropractic and Wellness with Dr. Cheyenne Fralick.
Dr. Konrad currently resides in Ontario County with his two beautiful children Savahnah and Joshua and looks forward to providing the members of his community with affordable quality chiropractic care.
